I was trying Sindhi food for the 1st time here as I had heard a lot about this place. Its located just opposite it’s parent branch. The place has an authentic interior with words written in Sindhi all over the place. The staff here knows the menu very well and has suggested me some of the best items. Firstly I was welcome with some Sindhi snacks and chutney and thereby I choose my favorites from the menu along with rose lassi and nimbu paani. Here are some of my favorites:
1)Tuk Tuk- Always love strating with aloo and what better way to start it than tuk tuk. This Chaat flavored aloo gives a very street foodish taste and you just cannot miss out on this one.
2)Khicha papad- Always loved eating Khicha papad and it’s very rare that I find it at restaurants now a days. Had to order it here and continue it throughout the end of my meal
3)Chole pattice- This is the Sindhi special pattice served with chole and 2 pavs. This pattice is no regular aloo pattice, but it’s just as chatpata as the aloo tuk tuk which I loved. A must try here. Also I’ve had the Dal pakwan before hence thought of trying something new. But if you haven’t had Dal pakwan then please, Do not leave this place without trying it.
4)Sindhi Raswalle aloo with Puri- I couldn’t quite understand with the whole description but the moment I read Puris and aloo I knew had to try this combination and the dahi along with it just adds up to the bonus.
Really couldn’t get enough of the food they served here. Sindhi food at such an affordable price that there is no harm in getting addicted to such yum food
